Timeing belt crank gear

Good news, bad news. I had a loud knocking slowly getting worse. Thought it was a rod then I noticed the crank pulley wobbling. Long story short I need a crank gear and the washer that goes behind it. I can pay a few dollars and shipping costs so if you have one please let me know... thanks Scott

Re: Timeing belt crank gear

If your crank pulley has been running loose, you'll need to put JB weld or marinetex or the like on the end of the crank and inside the pulley before installation. I put a thin coat on each surface so as to insure the best adhesion. To pull the pulley at a later date, just apply heat. You're gonna LOVE what this repair will do for the performance of your Samurai.
