OT: repair shops

Just yesterday I took my 2000 B3000 for an alignment. Of course it needed an adjustable cam put in. I look today since it was so dark when I got back from Austin (Firestone). In the course of doing the job the rubber flap covering the engine compartment from the wheel was torn and pulled off the plastic grommets. I have had this happen before on my Nissan when I had an oil change and since it was old (91)I let it go. Have to wait and call them tomorrow and find a time to go back for replacement. Lets see what response they give me.
