Re: Phillip B. Adj Cam Cover Photos

I'm still working on the rocker arms, I finished up the drawings this week. I'm having a little trouble with the wear pad, can't find the material I need in square stock.

The plates I sell will not be engraved, 1) The Suzuki "S" is copyrighted, 2) My products are not emission legal as of yet and I don't want to tip off the emissions police in states where they exist (California).

I've been working on another new Sidekick product also, I need about 48 hours in a day to get everything done, LOL

The removable plates sell for $29.95, you can order from Asian Auto, Roadless Gear or Rocky Road.

Re: Phillip B. Adj Cam Cover Photos

Hey there doug, how's it ?
I am wondering what you do to your distributor when you adjust your cam sprocket.
I have lost my timing light, but adjust it by ear.
Presently have full cam advance, and have advanced the dizzy to match, but get a little engine run on when I shut it down.
The piston doesn't alter, only the cam, so how much should the dizzy have to change ?
I want to get two positions for it, off and on road, and mark the dizzy position to get a close setting without having to resort to a timing light.

Alfie.

Oh, and like you I can't wait for the roller rocker arms.
Just hope I don't get piston / valve clash with my swift short block and sammy 8v head.
