SUV roll overs on Frontline tonight

Tonight at 9:00pm (Eastern), the public TV show Frontline,
is presenting a show on the 20 year history of SUV rollovers.
I'm sure the Samurai will show up in it somewhere.

Re: SUV roll overs on Frontline tonight

Was the sammy mentioned in it? What about the CJ5?

Re: SUV roll overs on Frontline tonight

Check your local PBS listings for Frontline.

It may be tape-delayed in your area for airing at another time.

Go to http://www.tvguide.com and do a search for "Frontline". The search button is in the upper left of the page near the top of the contents frame.

In Kansas City, the program is delayed 6 days and that episode is not listed. I suspect that Whazoo's information is correct only on the PBS station in his town.

This shouldn't stop you from checking it out!

Thanks, whazoo!

Re: SUV roll overs on Frontline tonight

The show dealt with american made SUV's. It started with excerpts from the 60 minutes report on the CJ5. They spent a lot of time on the broncoII (makes the samurai look like it never rolls). In fact there was a large debate on if there should have been a recall on all the bronco II's because they were so unsafe. Then they moved onto the Explorer/Firestone scandal. The show was very well done, but they didn't go over any foreign makes.

Re: SUV roll overs on Frontline tonight

Frontline is a nationally syndicated PBS show. It should be re-run many times over the season. If you can catch it, its worth watching.
