Kayline soft doors

Well, I missed the boat. Apparently Kayline has gone out of business and I waited too long to decide on the soft doors and they are unavailable through Calmini. Does anyone else have them? Or does anyone have some used black soft doors for sale?

Re: Kayline soft doors

are you looking for full doors or half doors? I just bought half doors but cant remember for the life of me who from. Heck I cant even call it a senior moment yet. If thats what your looking for I'll dig more.

Purchased the patterns and the tooling from Kayline Mfg. and are building some of the tops which they formerly manufactured. You could try them and see if they can or will make them.

Re: Kayline soft doors

Roadless gear..thats who I got my half doors from. I liked the doors from the pictures, more so than the others on the market. Unfortunatly the hinges are modified to fit a samurai and the welds are not good. I have allready had mine re-welded because they broke within the first 3 days I had them on my car. The doors them selves are very nice. They allow for great visability and look pretty good. However I am not sure I would recommend them just based on the welds alone. After paying $195.00 plus shipping, I then had to pay to have the hinges welded. I did only have one of 4 hinges welded and am sure the others will break soon.
Just my 2 cents.

Re: Kayline soft doors

They are just Jeep door's with a piece added (welded on) so they fit a sami. I was (will be starting up again) working on a two piece soft door (like the JC5 & 7). I want to be able to pull the top half and toss it in back.
