88.5 Sammy for Sale(not running)

Having been a visitor on this board for a few years and getting some great advise/info I though this would be the place to find someone in need of a Samurai. I have an 88.5 sammy convt. with fiberglass hardtop, Rocky Road Crawler Front bumper just over 1 year old, OME steering stablizer less than 3 months old, new clutch less than 1 month old. Has American Racing aluminum 15x7 rims with 225 Dunlop Radial Rovers. Have original rims(no tires), original softtop. Pacesetter header with O2 mount. Stainless steel exhaust from header back. New windshield frame with new glass and new wiper arm assembly. Factory Service Manual included as well. Mechanic said exhaust valve in no.1 cyl. bad, 0 lbs compression, 140-150 lbs in other three cyl. This motor has 90k and is an ATK rebuilt. Have original motor with rebuilt head, has bad bottom end bearing(have not torn down to inspect). Body has rust (I live in the salty state of Ohio!) This was my daily driver until the valve problem. Would rather sell all to good home than fix. I'm located in Delaware Oh. Make offer or at least give me some idea what these items are worth
thanks in advance for any replies

I second what mikrosilakhan has said. Sounds like that you really like your sammy why not just fix. Wouldn't cost much either.

Sorry for the late reply. Work has been very busy.
I would like to keep the car but I don't really have the space to keep a second car now. I am trying to get some pictures to post. I am asking $1000 for it. The various parts of the car are worth more than that. If it doesnt sell, I probably will get around to swapping the head.
