Project BRAT

I am a hardcore Samurai man, but have always like the look of the Subaru Brat. Well I am picking a Brat up this weekend with no motor for 50.00. I plan on stuffing a Samurai frame under it. I want to know has anyone had any experience doing something like this to a Brat.

Re: Project BRAT

Hi Sami,I too have had both vehicals, and thought about the swap, but both worked so well the way they were I left them alone. My Brat came from Europe and I bought it from an officer. He had to know somebody to get it to the states ,as it had no smog and there was not much I could not outrun with that turbo motor, sweet little car.I gave it to my daughter for graduation from high school and the next day she missed a curve and went over a cliff. She came out ok ,but the Brat died,Good luck on your project,RR
