Old Sleds

Hi I'm 14 and well I've been sledding for a year now and I'm getting sick of riding double so I want to buy a sled. I have a bit of money saved up and I was wondering what kind I should get. I have enough saved up to get around a 85 to a 91. What would be the best in that category? I also want something that has a smoother ride or something I can upgrade a bit like the shocks and maybe even get a newer engine. What are some of the sleds you would suggest and why? I would really appreciate it a lot if you could help me.

Re: Old Sleds

I think the sled your looking for is a Polaris indy I own an 89 polaris indy 400 and it is a great sled I am upgrading to a centurion 500 3 cylinder and an xc 10 rear suspension the indy hasnt changed much, well at least the old standard chassis. suspension wise the indy is very upgradable and if you buy a liquid cooled sled like i did you can upgrade to almost any polaris liquid cooled engine!
