94 yamaha v-max

Hi everyone. Its is like 5 degrees out here in syracuse. I drove my v-max around the lawn and it died out and it wont move past 3500 rpms. That is a idle. It doesnt matter if i floor it. Its been warming up for like 25 min and i can get it to move for the life of me. Can someone please help me.

brak it lose from the ground and change your spark plugs
