srx700 2000 hifax

is any one having trouble getting more than 250 mile on a set of hifax
i'm riding on good snow conditions!!!!! 2-3 feet

All I can say is... join the club!. The new polaris sleds are doing the same thing. Most of us have decided that maybe the tracks are adjusted too tight. Try backing yours off a little and see if that helps reduce the wear. Good luck!

same comment, Most of the people with the polaris sleds that I have talked to have had to run the tracks loose to prevent premature hyfax wear.

just a quick thought on the wear problems......has anyone tryed useing a hi quality wax on there hifax.....like the waxxes used on down hill snow ski's?????
Like I said just a thought!!
