What is the 2.4 gram weight 10.3,13.9??The 21 gear seems way to tall and it smells like Im cooking the belt everytime it engages. The sled engages at 4500 and tops out at 8200RPM, only going 100-110km on hard pack.It runs around 5500-6500 doing 40-50km.this doesnt seem right??With the old setup for 7-10000' the sled would pull to 8500 and do 130-135km, only problem was if you werent watching the tach you could pull 9500RPM when you grabbed a hand full of flipper.Any new suggestions to get the top end back?and lose the burning belt smell? All clutches are spotless and working freely!!Dont know what to do keep it this way and not worry of overrev and lose performance or go back to old setting and just keep an eye on things?

That sled is supposed to rev 7800 rpm! a 2.4 gram rivet is a 10.3 steel. Try a new belt, old one is maybe slipping or clean clutches & belt with acetone.Anything over 7800rpm & you are losing power.
