SNOWSTORM in south-eastern Ontario!!!!

it has come, it has gone, it has come once more, and left us again, but this time, as the sky opens up, letting white gold fall from the sky, accumulating on the frozen earth, it has a special feel, i think (hope) it will stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: SNOWSTORM in south-eastern Ontario!!!!

I wish it was a real snowstorm. I'm in Ottawa, Ontario and it's stopped snowing (for now) with about 1.5" on the ground. They're forcasting 2C (35F) and rain on Thursday...ARGH!!

A couple of years ago we had 3 feet on the ground by November 15th! (and I was out sledding)

Re: SNOWSTORM in south-eastern Ontario!!!!

i stopped snowing soon after my post, and we only ended up with 4 inches or so. problem is, most of it melted today during the RAIN

Re: SNOWSTORM in south-eastern Ontario!!!!

The forcast called for a high of 0 C (32 F) tonight, but it's already up to almost 3 C (37 F) and raining instead of snowing. Man this is frustrating!

I suspect the 2-3 inches on my front lawn will be gone by the end of tomorrow (we had about 1.5" on the ground from last Saturday).
