Drive System Reposted

I see people are still trying to look at this, so here it is.

The counter shaft has a stock front sprocket with the teeth shaved off and 8 dowel pin holes punched into the edge. I welded nuts to the drive tube to give the pins support. Then I used my drillinthevise lathe to turn out pins from grade 8 allen bolts. This gave me a slightly flexable coupling. It was the lightest design I could do on 20 bucks.
