95 Vmax 500

A friend and I are installing a new crank in his sled and we have a couple of questions that I"m hoping someone can help answer.

First, does anyone know of a problem with the cranks on these motors ? His crank broke off outside the motor between the clutch and engine. Exammining the shaft, it appears that there was a crack for some time and it got progressively worse until it failed. He was able to get a used crank, and oddly enough, there is a "line" or "ring" in the exact same spot. This ring is one of several where seals may go or something, we just thought it was odd.

We do not have a manual, can someone tell me the Torque specs on the head bolts, cylinder bolts, crank case bolts and Flywheel nut ? If there are any other important spec I would appreciate them too.

I've rebuilt four strokes, but never two strokes, what sort of pre-lube if any is required when you re-assemble the motor ?

Thanks all for your help.
