02 Vipers mods, Good or Bad idea?

I have a stock 2002 Yamaha Viper and I am trying to decide if I should put tripple pipes on it, a clutch kit, and a head mod. Is the change in HP and performance worth the nearly $2ooo.oo? Thanks, Russ
