The 57 first angle might be a little to agressive for the 440 fan. A 55/53 might be a better choice. The best thing you can do is make sure the sled is performing to its potential. Check the plugs and piston wash to see if it is running too rich. If it has stock jetting you can drop 1 main jet size (if still rich go down another) and still be safe. The second thing to do is make sure the rpms at full shift are 7000-7100 for max hp. If you want better acceleration try a purple primary spring, cat 52.5g weights, and yellow secondary spring. If you want to jusy a kit D&D is a good bet.
