Pull Starter

I've got a traxxis nitro hawk with the .12 motor and i can't keep pull starters in it. Can you get some stronger rope at walmart or something, any ideas would be great. Also i haven't ran my machine in two yrs. and the piston wouldn't move when i went to start it, i took the head off and got it freed up and even got it to run for 5 seconds. Does anyone think that i'll be needing to rebuild this motor? Thanks Marc

Re: Pull Starter

my starter is a pice of $hit too. i'm just looking at buying a new os.12, man they're sweet!
if the piston is free just try running it and see what happens. it probly won't be great but it should work
