Traxxas Nitro Sport

I'm having trouble with my Traxxas nitro sport everytime I put on the brake it dies the reason being is that one of the little stops on the linkage to the carberator come loose does anyone know how to fix this?

<font color=blue>Mabye the set screw is coming loose? Use Loctite and tighten it down good, on all the stops. Also, check your idle adjustment. it should be about 5mm open. if it isn't, the barrel will close all the way when the brakes are aplyed.

Oh yeah, the EZ start system can strip the gears easily, so don't overprime it</font color=blue>

I have a nitro rustler and it dies only when you put the brake on also and if you raise the idle so it doesnt die the idle will be too high at a dead stop.
