Pics of fiberglass bedsides...

Wanted to see all the different styles of fiberglass bedsides that are available for Toyotas. Want to compare them and see which one I like best. I really like the ivan stewart bedsides, but Don't like that huge buldge. What to do...

Re: Pics of fiberglass bedsides...

I think you would like the 89-95 style that Trailer products puts out. They are very thin, but they are conservative. I think they got a pick up on www.trailerproducts1.com. We went to look at some for my girlfriend, and they had fronts for her year, but wont make the 84-88 style anymore.

Also, if you wo to www.weldtecdesigns.com, you can see the Tacoma bedsides. They are smooth and dont buldge out like my Ivan stle.

Have you seen the Tundra conversion? I believe they buldge out, but looks sweet. Tail lights dont fit so well i understand though.

I was actually looking into doing a tacoma conversion, but it just costs a grip of money! Why did you get those bedsides? What else would you have gotten?

Re: Pics of fiberglass bedsides...

I have the Ivan Stewart bedsides and fenders. I love them, cuz they have alot of flare and rise. Just what i needed.

I looked at others, and didnt really feel i was getting my moneys worth. Some were flare only. Some were rise only.

Yes, the Tacoma front conversion is a grip of money. The Tundra is even more.

If i were to do it over again..........id probably get the Tundra conversion. it looks really handsome, and i like the idea of having the tilt front end. Easy access to engine compartment.

Re: Pics of fiberglass bedsides...

If I had $$ I'd go all out. Prolly get a new 4wd taco w/ blower on the 3.4l V6 and deck that out. Camburg kit, 4-link, glassed, caged front to back. That would be niiiiiiccceeee. Until then, my 88 will do. I remember you were concidering getting a T100. That would be cool, but they are seriously underpowered. If you do get a new truck, my causin is looking for a Toyota 4x4 prerunner. Later,

Who makes the bedsides in the NWOR catalog? They look good, but I'm really apprehensive about ordering anything from them.

Re: Pics of fiberglass bedsides...

I don't know who makes them. I don't even own a NWOR catalog. I wouldn't waste my $$. hanneman makes fiberglass. They are basically the main supplier.
