mounts for looonger Nationals

I was talking with someone over a year ago about longer National springs on an 85 Toyota 4x4.

I believe the fronts were 5.5" longer to the rear of the axle, and possibly ran underneath the axle housing. I was wondering what method to use to mount a shackle mount.

For the rear, im set on doing the 62" rears with the front perch and rear shackle mounts moved apart some, and having the springs run under the axle.

Any comments?

Re: mounts for looonger Nationals

Go see Jeremy Johnson at WTD Motorsports on Prospect in Santee. I don't know much about Toyota's specifically but he owns one that's pretty tricked out. He's a good fabricator and has done suspension work on my Ford. His pricing is also pretty reasonable. The business name is Weld Tec Design if you want to look up the number and call him.
