Fiberglass fenders

I need fiberglass bolt on race style fenders for my 93 chevy 1/2 ton. Yes i know Fabtech make them but they are not bolt ons and require a great deal on bracket mods.

Re: Fiberglass fenders

Welcome to the world of custom add-ons. First of all, FabTech, quite possibly, the sell-outs of the 2wd performance industry, doesn't make or manufacture any fiberglass. They purchase a low to mid range quality fiberglass from a fiberglass design firm down in Mexico. Second of all, the whole reason fiberglass was designed was to lighten the weight, increase wheel fit, and add a custom edge to trucks that specialize in a custom use. All fiberglass is built the same way. The fenders Fabtech sell are the same basic desin as all of the others. The only difference about the fiberglass is that it is a different duration or strength. For the best fiberglass call Duffco Enterprises. They are located in San Dimas California. Sorry I do ont know the number but I can tell you that it is the stronger type of glass that you will find.
Don't complain about the custom aspect buddy, unfortuneatly that is the funnest part for us "PreRunners" and it gives us some real appreciation for what we put into our trucks. it is hard work and a great end result that keeps us going. By great end result I do not mean aestethically please (just for looks) but for performance bases as well. I hope that helped you. Don't be afraid to do a little work.

'94 ext. cab S-10 2wd:
front end all fiberglass, 6.5 long-travel susp. lift (Camburg Engineering), rear 4 inch lift (add-a-leaf, custrom shackles), 2 inch body lift, custom shocks in rear and up front (Bilstein Customs) Cold-Air-Intake (Volant) Fun as Hell!
