Raptor 700R

Has anyone done any aftermarket exhaust on it yet? what should i buy? Has anyone had any problems with the lights...the outside bolt holding the light on the plastic broke? Is anyone riding this thing primarily in the trails?

Re: Raptor 700R

The lights on my Wife's Raptor both broke. They are only hanging on with the top brackets. Both side brackets have broke on both lights.

I don't believe they broke in the sand riding but the harder dirt/rock riding is where they probably broke.

Re: Raptor 700R

Im running the Trinity exhaust. The power increase was significant. Price was right at $500 for a full system, with the best header design on the market. Only bad thing about it is that when you let off the gas, the muffler whistles. Ive lived with it, but it can be annoying.

After 10 trips, i had zero problems with the stock lights. Ive since replaced them with some HIDs, cuz I outdrive the stock lights. The stock lights are rubbermounted, which should absorb a good deal of shock.

I ride 90% dunes, and 10% desert.

Re: Raptor 700R

We have the GYT-R pipe on ours. It works very well. I like the oval shape also.

And one of our lights broke also. But we did have a wreck that MAY have cuased it.
