700 Raptor aftermarket

SO far ive found Trinity has intake, exhaust, piston and programmer, PRM has 6 pack racks, skid plates, GYTR has the intake\exhaust.

Anybody know and or have done more?

Ive pulled the lid off my intake, and the spark arrestor out of the muffler.

Re: 700 Raptor aftermarket

Moving onwards, sad to see im replying to my own post but ive already made improvements!

I did my own custom exhaust, cutting off the stock muffler, welding on a straight section of 2" pipe and a stainless tip, rather than spending $329 for a slip on. I got more power, and its louder than sin!!!!!

I just bought a Motion Pro twist throttle and a Pro Design intake. Ill be installing these shortly.

Re: 700 Raptor aftermarket

Thanks Whip. Time will tell. Ill be in Ocotillo this coming weekend, Dumont Dunes the weekend of the 15th, and who knows where in between. Its VERY loud, and deffinitely ticketable. I dont know how strict they are, but if i find a ranger, ill just idle by.

Oh yeah, i also put on a twist thottle and a Pro Design intake over the weekend as well. Paddles and rims will be here Thursday. This desert season is gonna be outta control!

Re: 700 Raptor aftermarket

Good luck man. Ive been tryin to sell my 99 YZ 250 for a month....i lowered the price from $3500 down to $3000 or best and not a single call!

I talked to the dealer that sold me the Raptor and he said hed give me $1000 trade in or put it on consignment.

Re: 700 Raptor aftermarket

Yeah the intake and exhaust will be compensated by the EFI.

Im no stranger to jetting carbs....had a 93 Banshee and got really good at synchronzing and jettting them. Now i dont have to.
