I\'m GOING TO BUY A NEW QUAD PLS HELP!!!

Hello friends, I am going to by a new quad. I'm 17 and in my country ATVs are very expensive(about twice the price in USA). I have a HONDA trx250 and now I'm looking for something bigger. I'm wondering between Raptor, Banshee, and Yfz450 I have also heard that z400 is very good. Its most likely that I'm going to keep it stock because there are no performans parts i my country. I realy like The YFZ450. I have heard also that this is one of the best quads. I know it is good on the Mx track but is it good for driving in the woods(because i live near the forest)? How does it perform on snow? I really love riding mx bikes and ATVs ,so what is the best quad for me?

Are you going to race or spend alot of time on a MX track? If so get the YFZ450. If not get the new 2006 Raptor 700.

Get the new raptor or honda 400ex or suzuki z400. All 3 have reverse which is excellent for riding in the woods cause having to get off and move'em is a hassle. All will perform excellent on the track as well.

Definitely go with the raptor. Quality machine. Yamaha has done a great job with this 4 wheeler.

stick with 4 stroke! That said, the Z400,YFZ450 and the 700R raptor are excellent. the YFZ450 has NO REVERSE, if that matters to you. the Z/KFX is proven, and the 700R has got some amazing reviews, it is basically the same quad as the YFZ 450, but with reverse and alittle wider.

THX for the help everyone. I think the new Raptor 700 will be great, very expensive but 700cc will make me hapy. I hope to deliver it soon.

Re: I\'m GOING TO BUY A NEW QUAD PLS HELP!!!

I have a Raptor 700 and love it to death. Ive only ridden in for a short spin in a construction site and up and down the street alot, but its got crazy torque!

So far ive done intake, exhaust, cooler rack and twist throttle. Paddles and rims will arrive tommorow.

I sat on the YFZ before i bought the Raptor, and it was too small and too uncomfortable for me. The Raptor is a caddillac!
