Did any one modifie ATV plastics before?
I want to but don't know the best way! Idon't want to F stuff up any tips?

I want to make my TrailBlazer different looking, i'm going to remove the floorbords! [img]images/graemlins/chairfall.gif[/img]

I doubt anyone on here has ever trimmed the plastic on a trailblazer, so you might not get too much help with where to cut it, but some of us, will have some good tips on how.
To cut your fenders I would use a fine tooth saw. Lots of people like to use box cutters and knives, but with those you get kind of wobbly and you don't get as straight of a cut. Then take a rough file and file it lenghtwise. Then take a fine file, and go at it at a 90 degree angle. It will get rid of all those little hairs. If you want it even better, use a box knife and shave off any little thing that might be still there.
