Vinyl cutters

Anyone know much about them? Or want to sell one? I was wanting to make some decals but the prices on some are .
Any info would be appreciated.

Re: Vinyl cutters

i worked in a sign shop for a year. While the company was a small, no-room-for-improvement family business, it was still one of the coolest jobs i ever had.

Theyre kinda expensive, and require special software to use 'em, but they sure are cool to use!

ive used the standard vinyl cutters, the Omega's (which burn ink onto vinyl), and this badass one with actually printed right onto this special white vinyl that came on huge 4' wide rolls. We did up a box truck for a refigeration company with this stuff, so the entire 'box' was done to look like antartica, with a unit on the back surrounded by penguins, and the sides had a pic of the normal van flying through space

I got some links for ya for the stuff ive used: - good source for plotters (vinyl cutting machines), printers, supplies, clip-art, etc

this last one is for high-end vinyl printers, but they are badass to use!
