\"Enjoy the fire, and have a cookie\"

Ha ha ha ha,

I had to laugh when I heard this on the news this morning, this guy in my county decided to burn his house down, and just stood outside offering cookies to the neighbors and fireman as they arrived.
I guess its probably a pretty serious situation, but it did sound funny at the time, "Here, have a cookie, and enjoy the fire".
Well, for his troubles, he got to go for a ride in a police car, and theres no door handles where he got to sit .

Arson, cookies, and amunition....check it out if yer bored.

Re: \"Enjoy the fire, and have a cookie\"

For some reason, I found the following sentence funny:

</font><blockquote><font class="small">In reply to:</font><hr />
"He was just holding this jar in his hand and said, 'Have a cookie.' I said, 'I don't want your cookies.' "

[/ QUOTE ]
All this while a fire is going on.

I wonder if he baked the cookies himself, and if he did...were they delicious or poisoned?
