Re: divers air tank

There are several used tanks on E-Bay. Heres a link to one currently at $36 US:

Always check E-bay .

Re: divers air tank

Try consignment shops, pawn shops, and even welding supply places. They usually have something.

My Dad got a couple about ten years ago from DDLT Brokers in Owosso, MI. I think he only paid $15/each for them. I might mount one on my truck but I don't know where. The logical spot is right where he's got his (under the box at the front on the passenger side) but I put a second fuel tank there. Today I got my on board air project wired and mounted but I don't have a tank. I can't find a switch locally so right now it's manual.

Re: divers air tank

Just another thought. I used dual alum. medical oxygen tanks. Small and easy to mount, light, and 2 hold plenty enough for me to run air tools. You can find those laying around from time to time.

Re: divers air tank

i have the pieces from my OBA project. I kinda stopped using this truck as a toy so i can build my new one. What do you need? I have a pressure switch check, valve(w/unloader) pressure relief valve, gauge abd a few other odds and ends. I also got a 5 gallon tank from Home Depot. It's just sitting in my truck now. If you want some or all of it lemme know.
