Go ahead punk, make my day...

Hello folks,
Any Clint fans out there?....Just got the Dirty Harry collection on DVD, its all 1.85 widescreen, and the picture is awesome. I've been waiting for it to go on sale for quite a while, and thought I might as well add it to the collection. I'm a fan of all the 70's tough guys, Eastwood, Bronson, etc. The Gauntlet is next on the list. Just thought I'd share it.

My favorite Clint films are his old westerns. Also the tv western he starred in "Rawhide".

Unforgiven - one of the best movies of all time. And filmed right here in Southern Alberta.

Eastwood's Spaghetti Westerns are great too.

I'm a big time Clint Eastwood fan. I think he also made the greatest Western picture of all time to"The Outlaw Jose Wales.
You might be interested in a little movie trivia. Originally when they were casting for the part of Dirty Harry they wanted Frank Sinatra. Now I like Franks signing and all but that would have been pretty lame, a little midget like Sinatra trying to be such a bad dude.

Oh my Gawd Mark,
Are you a fan of Ol blue eyes?....LOL..J/K
I saw the avatar you made the other day...he he he....nice cut, I saved it for later.

BTW, for those of you who do like the old Eastwood movies, and like others besides the westerns, then you have to see Thunderbolt & Lightfoot....er...um...around '74 I think, but very good movie, however, very underrated at the time. A must see for fans, and one of my faves.

I reckon so...

A little more trivia. If you like A Fistfull of Dollars you should check out a Japanese film called Yojimbo by Akiro Kurosawa. It's the story that Fistfull if based on, except instead of a six gun the hero is a sword wielding hombre. The story is exactly the same. It's pretty cool if you can find it.
