Re: Reg cab nerf bars on ext cab

well since i already know what the steps look and work like, i wanna see about the nerf bars. and now that i have the lift, the truck won't look like its dragging the cab on the ground i keep forgetting that i need to replace the steps until i walk over to the pside or i have a passenger with me

i want the black nerf bars because the rest of my accessories are black. the steps don't match, but it doesn't look bad.

Re: Reg cab nerf bars on ext cab

yeah, we had black steps on the RC, they were pretty nice. i didn't want to stick another set of steps onto the rocker panels. i'm going to have holes in there as it is(so i'm leaving in the screws from the steps). i'm kinda looking forward to having a full tube/rail to step on. its easier to load the truck when i have to dump things in the back seat. i've got no 3rd door so its kinda tough balancing on the tiny step while trying to toss heavier things into the back besides, it'll make it a tad easier getting in and out of the ext cab, especially since the fall out is a tad higher than it was stock. it didn't hurt so much falling from stock height, but getting hung up 6" higher can put a hurt on somebody
