Good image editing sofware for sizing down?

Okay, I have xat.com's image optimizer, its great. Or at least it was great when I only had to size down 24 pictures. Now that I have a digital camera I have the capacity to take well over 500 pictures at fairly good quality.
Im looking for a program that can take a batch of pictures and reduce the resolution and compress them to 100kb give or take a bit. Is there anything out there for me?
I think xat.com's full version can do it, but I can't find that anywhere.

Try Ifranview. Its free and has a ton of options. You can even create a single jpg of a bucnh of pics. That way you can create a preview page for an album or something. I cant remember the website so just do a google on it. Another nice thing is you can view any image imaginable. Even the new JPEG 2000 pics.

I concur. I have been using Ifranview for about 3 years and has never let me down. I would tell anyone to try it for a day and see for themselves.

Irfan View works very well! Easy to use as well.
