Re: must have movies

Ok.... this is a must have. I actually carry the DVD in my laptop bag (just in case I get bored)

Blazing Saddles.

Another just for my own personal tastes is:
Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Re: Must-have movies

Steve83
Good call, I'd like to second a couple of those Steve,
Kelly's Heroes ~ Classic for sure...all star cast, Donald Sutherland and his "negative waves man"
The Blues brothers ~ Too musical but love that line Hey Jake, hey Jake, I gotta pull over he he he, and what was that other thing Elwood said the cops had? SCMODS?
Deliverance ~ Classic for sure...almost too realistic
Electraglide In Blue ~ I thought I was the only guy that ever saw that....wasn't that Robert Blake?
Once Upon A time In the West~ Charles Bronson playing the Harmonica...he he, I loved that.
All good calls, and some pretty obscure stuff too .

Re: must have movies

Ummmm..............these are just off the top of my head:

-Ronin (LOVE the car chase scenes)
-Rounders (funny part is I don't play cards)
-Any of the Star Wars (prefer the late 90's remade versions of the original 3 though)
-Mad Max, Road Warrior, and the first half of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome
-Vanishing Point
-Both issues of Gone in 60 Seconds
-North By Northwest (1959 Hitchcock spy movie staring Cary Grant and some blonde hotty, and dig all the 59 Impala's)
-Friday and Next Friday
-any of the good Jackie Chan movies
-Air America
-Waynes World and Waynes World 2 (in that order)
-Saving Private Ryan
-Blackhawk Down
-The Winter War (very SPR-esque movie about the just pre-WWII Soviet invasion of Finland where the Fin's handed the Commies their collective asses)
-Once Were Warriors (New Zealand movie about a troubled Maori family)
-Terminator 1 and 2
-MASH
-any of the Indiana Jones movies
-ditto Back to the Future movies
-Jurassic Park (second movie sucked ass and never saw the third)
-Any of the Monty Python movies (I especially love Life of Brian)
-Animal House...........a true classic

There's tons I'm forgetting.
