Jessi, Jessi ...when you're messing with ma'brother, you're messin' with me.......man (or woman) you can't describe my '93 King Cab as "old truck", you pictured John Boy's truck on that, kinda flying like the Dukes of Hazzard...I am far from being a redneck...even more, they don't even exist down here... we don't have rifle racks on the rear windows nor John Deere caps...

Re: To jpvm

Check your neck

You might be a redneck if...
-One of the criteria for buying a new or used truck is lift kit avalilability
-If you think women are less sexy in lace than flanel.
-If you have major appliances on your front porch.
-If you house fell of the blocks it would kill more than seven dogs.
-If you take three rifles with you hunting "just in case"
-If you own more vehicles that dont run than ones that do
-If you have ever bought a truck and another complete truck for "parts".
-If you have ever paid for something in barter (meat, rifles, fire wood, services...)
-If you have ever lifted and put 31s on a sedan.
-If your commute to work on more than five miles of unpaved road
-BONUS--If you intenialy avoid (go ten miles out of the way and add thirty minutes to the trip) the paved road.
-If you have ever put the transmission in neutral to see how far you could free wheel down a gravel road.
-If you have ever eaten squirrel
-If you have ever driven an ATV to school/work/courthouse.
-If you have ever used a tractor as an engine hoist.
-If you ever had your Mom meet you at the bus stop with a .357 because there was a bear in the front yard. Then there was the time there was a cougar walking down the road..
This is not Jeff Foxworthy Gentalmen; this is my life.

Re: Check your neck

Hmmm lets see..........

-One of the criteria for buying a new or used truck is lift kit avalilability
Obviously not!!! I bought a Nissan

-If you think women are less sexy in lace than flanel.
Ok, I am guilty

-If you have major appliances on your front porch.
What front porch????

-If you house fell of the blocks it would kill more than seven dogs.
Blocks?!!? Them's for the rich folks, I have logs!!!!

-If you take three rifles with you hunting "just in case"
Don't actually hunt.

-If you own more vehicles that dont run than ones that do
All mine run, some better than others, but they run!

-If you have ever bought a truck and another complete truck for "parts".
Guilty!!!

-If you have ever paid for something in barter (meat, rifles, fire wood, services...)
Yes, but who wouldn't want my "services"?!!?!

-If you have ever lifted and put 31s on a sedan.
Well it wasn't a sedan..... it was a Chevy Celebrity Station Wagon, It made one hell of an S.U.V!!!!

-If your commute to work on more than five miles of unpaved road
Hell I live in Vermont, what do you think???

-BONUS--If you intenialy avoid (go ten miles out of the way and add thirty minutes to the trip) the paved road.
Guilty

-If you have ever put the transmission in neutral to see how far you could free wheel down a gravel road.
5 and a half miles.

-If you have ever eaten squirrel
Nope, but I have eaten Lion, Zebra, Giraffe, Water Buffalo, Wildebeast, Ahi, Various Snakes, Frog and a few other odd things.

-If you have ever driven an ATV to school/work/courthouse.
Hell in Winter sometimes the only way to go is by Snowmobile!!!

-If you have ever used a tractor as an engine hoist.
Last weekend

-If you ever had your Mom meet you at the bus stop with a .357 because there was a bear in the front yard. Then there was the time there was a cougar walking down the road..
Can't say that I have.

So what does this make me!!!!
