Re: Holy lift kit !!!!!!

How about the other end of the spectrum.

From SEMA:

Check out the size of the tow hook!!!! Also, notice that the man's head at the rear of the truck comes up to the edge of the wheel well (quite a lift).

Re: Holy lift kit !!!!!!

That reminds me of a horrible sight from years ago. The local car show club (low life mini's) was having a show in town, and guess what I saw headed down the highway to the show. A lowered 2-door finder, on tiny wire rims (gold no less, with a matching one hanging on the tire carrier for a spare..). We are talking 13" rims here folks, and super low profile tires also. I almost broke into tears...but..to each his own!

Re: Holy lift kit !!!!!!

Let me guess, they stuck COMPLETLY out of the wheel wells. Probably 13" gold Daytons (I see plenty of them in Southern California). Yep, I think they are sad also - on any car - but to each his own. They think we are foolish for doing what we do.

Re: Holy lift kit !!!!!!

Well let me guess, the driver had white bleached hair, a huge thick gold chain in his neck, golden Oakleys, full tinted windows, and was listenin' to Limp Biskit at 235 dB right ????? Also the back of the car said "Type R" and "Bad Boyz Club" right ????

Re: Holy lift kit !!!!!!

Yup, they were daytonas, and were about 6" out from the factory flares. Had a monster low life minis sticker across the back glass (although a bad boyz sticker would have been appropriate). Wasnt close enough to hear if he had a system or not but probably couldnt have heard it if I was right beside him anyway, I probably had my system turned up..LOL..he he.
My max spl is 140 db...235 would be interesting, but you would need some beefed glass all around the truck..lol.
