what a dork , tork. you will need a pnuematic gun to remove the bolt that holds the basket on. to not try to put a screwdriver on the posts they will brake. actually if you are getting a new basket it doesn't matter. but alot easier with a gun. takes like 2 hours tops i'd say. not hard. but you will need the manual for torque specs as previously stated by the dorque!
yz is right it's easiest with an impact wrench but if you don't have one you can use a piece of nylon strap or plastic to stop the basket from turning. Here's a pic of a tool from my GSXR manual that might work.
