so i own a 1983 f-350, 351W, C6 trans, dana 50 ttb front and dana 60 in rear? what ever came stock..

what my question is i wanna lower the back of my truck and im wondering if i can remove the rear blocks and not mess up anything with the front suspension... as of right now my friend end kinda sits like this \ and im wondering if i lower the back 2" if that will make it to the point that it really messes up the alignment so that when i turn the tires point to the sky.. and what is the easyest way to fix this? helper springs?

there are tapered caster shims available if necessary, however I doubt you will need them. you are only leveling the truck out. Ford designed (in theory) your truck to work properly with a load in it. IE: level.
When you take it for an alignment, ask if they will be able to adjust to proper specs. if not, put caster shims in between springs and axle prior to adjustment.
