I got wires for an 85 Ford Bronco with the 300 engine. They fit just fine. I did a GM HEI upgrade on my CJ, but the same wires should work on the Duraspark upgrade.
I put an HEI ignition on my '89 258/4.2 and bought a set of Accell custom-fit wires. This means that you get 8 wires of the same length and you get to cut them and install the terminals. It would have been a very clean install but, well, I did a crappy job /wwwthreads_images/icons/frown.gif. I'm doing a TFI on a '74 232/3.8 and the '95 300 I-6 wires (some Double-Silicone wires from AutoZone) fit incredibly well. The '81 wires fit just as well until I realized the coil wire was different when using TFI and took the set back to exchange.
Just bought a DJ-5C! Sliding doors and right-hand drive are cool /wwwthreads_images/icons/cool.gif
I used Autolite 86171 wires on mine and they are a little
long, but not too bad. They are 8.5 milimeter and come with the coil wires for the TFI and conventional coils.
