i have a 1997 chevy s10 blazer with 29x9.5 mickey thompson baja belted tires. Im getting some black rockrawler wheels, the model of them are PCW51-57. i have some questions though.

1.)Are my stock rims 15x7? from what i understand they are, and can i do up to the 15x8, or should my new ones also be 15x7?

2.)Will the american racing 767 black rims work for me? from what ive researched they won't, but i want to be sure they wont work as these are nice wheels as well.

3.) will these rockrawlers listed above work for my vehicle? On a site, sounddomain.com a guy has the rockrawlers on a 97 blazer, so i assume they will work for me, but what to be sure.

thanks guys

hey.... i have an S 10 pickup 2 wheel drive and i found out the hard way about the whole rim thing...... went to a local shop and i picked up a pair s 10 blazer rims.... the aluminum ones with the kinda tear drop pattern on them .... but the off set on the 2 wheel drive trucks and 4 wheel are alot diffrent, the lug pattern fit ( 5 on .75) the rim size was 15 X 8... you have to make sure the off set of the wheel will fit your truck, if you buy them from a good place like jegs, summit or any place like thet they will hook you up pretty good and give you alot of info on the correct rims that you need for your truck. i got a set of the US wheels..... 15X8 ... looks reallt good.

from what ive learned the stock wheel specs are 15x7 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern and 5 7/8 backspacing. However no wheel exists. From what ive learned i should be able to go with a 4.5 backspacing, this will make the wheel stick out from wheel wells more and still shouldn't rub. However, these wheels dont exist either! Now there are 15x8 wheels with the correct 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern and 4.5 backspacing. However my concern is will the 15x8 with 4.5 backspacing rub? i have smaller tires so that should help to stop rubbing, their jut baja belted 29x9.50

What you have been saying sounds like the 15x8 with 4.5 backspacing will work. The only place you'd have to check is with the tire mounted, will it rub on the fender while flexing. It would most likely be very minimal. I'm assuming you're not buying them locally, right? Cuz if you were, the dealer would gladly try them on for you.
