Identify these motor mounts 350 Chevy/YJ

I was pulling the tranny the other day and noticed my motor mounts were completely falling apart so I go to get some new ones and can't find anything remotely close. Here's a pic of the mount hardware:

and here's a pic of where the frame meets the engine arm:

I'm looking to find replacement bushings/hardware or to find a better way to mount it that won't cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks in advance!

Check www.4wd.com part number 4143 ($29.95) or 4143BK ($15.95).

I bought the 4143 since it came with new hardware as well as poly bushings. BUT... the supplied bolts didn't work with the mounts on my CJ-8. The thread portion was larger than the holes in the mounts. So, I reused the old bolts, which had (for example only!) a 3/4" shank, but the thread portion was only 11/16" or 5/8" in diameter. The bolts in the 4143 kit were the same diameter throughout. So, if you're bolts are in reuseable shape, just get the bushings.
