1979 Scout Lift Problems

Please help. I have a 1979 scout. i purchased a 4 inch Rough Country lift and put on a new set of 34x10.50 inch super swamper ltb's. Its not a trail rig but i do go off road and this thing will not go anywhere. It will not flex at all its stiff as a board. I've tried parking it in a bind and letting it set hoping it was soften up. Anywhere you go it wants to come off the ground and when the tires ain't on the ground you ain't going to go. Is there ANYTHING i can do to help this. Without big money. Thanks Much

I believe that Rough Country springs are usually stiff like that and there really isn't much you can do about it. You might be able to take one leaf out of each pack, but you'll probably lose some of the lift.
