Racer For Sale

I know this isn't the "for sale" board, but this IS where the mud racers are. I'm selling my mud drag racer.

Chevy shortbed, '79 frame, '82 body, '69 Camaro Hugger Orange paint
400 (plus) small block (details to serious buyers)
TH350 auto, manual valve body, Pro Ratchet shifter
NP205 transfer, Dana 44, 12 bolt
34" swampers front, 33" boggers rear, American Eagle 589's
Built for 15" vacuum classes

Very competitive and good looking truck, won points trophy for it's class last two years and leading so far this year. Last year it also won the points for the next class up too. Ready to go and currently being raced. Many more goodies, no junk here.

Asking $7500 complete, $4000 less motor & ignition. Have receipts totalling much more. Losing interest in racing, getting into trail riding. Take a look at the pic, and email me any questions. Thanks.

Re: Racer For Sale

Now they've ordered timing lights and are talking about side by side racing for next year at Morocco. Hmmmm....

Re: Racer For Sale

Still for sale and I'm ready to deal. Anyone want to win races this year?? They're coming up soon. The truck ended up winning the points for the year in the next two classes above what it was built for.

Re: Racer For Sale

Bring it to Montgomery City in June with a for-sale sign on it. Hoisting a trophy in front of prospective buyers is always incentive .

Re: Racer For Sale

Just might do that. Too expensive having two toys. Building the Jeep's new big block is draining me dry...

Re: Racer For Sale

Thanks. About 70 miles South of Chicago. It's just sitting in the garage waiting for a new home and it is ready to go!
