Land Rover for sale??

Seems to be a few bits of news going around that Ford is going to sell off Land Rover. Would be a shame as over the last few years LR3 and Rangie Sport have turned the company around.

They have sold to Tata. On Landrover Owner Magazine Just celebrated Landrover's 60th anniversary, I had no idea they had been going that long.

Still fancy a new Defender.

They were launched in April 1948 at the Geneva Motor Show. HUE166 was there.

And yes...they did copy they Jeep. That's why the wheelbase was set to 80". It was later increased to 86" so they could fit 4 milk churns in the back.
