What do I have?

I just acquired a truck that I think is a Willy's Jeep!? I was hoping someone can tell me what it is by the following plate info.
Truck Cargo 3/4 ton 4x4
S/N: 2320-5422-4636
Man Ser: 86835
Model: T-245
M37 BI-WOW
Date Del: 6/62

It has a inline 6 cyl, removable hard top, split front window, bullet headlights on a round fender, and original BF Goodrich 9.00-16 military tires.

Re: What do I have?

sounds like a dodge.. old power wagon.. military type.. they have the rounded front fenders.. and i believe are referred to as M-37's.. which is the removeable top version..

Re: What do I have?

Is this what you have?

If so, you have a Dodge M-37. These are very stout, very under-rated rigs. I would love to add one of these to my collection!
Go to http://www.dodgepowerwagon.com for an excelent forum and links for these wonderfull vehicles...oh, I'm spouting too much..uh..Jeep's Rule!

Re: What do I have?

It sounds like an M37. Bring it to my house and leave it for about 60 years and I can give you a positive ID.
