No bucks i see your are in Marquette, how do you like the wheeling up there? I was up there visiting nmu and hit a couple of the trails across from marquette Mt. in a stock xj and they were sweet, the side trails looked like the wheeling out there does get kinda crazy. Is there some crazy wheeling up there? seemed like a lot of it.
There're tons of trails up here, with new ones added every day by logging crews and lots of public land.
That road across from Mqt Mt. is pretty interesting. Did you see the waterfalls
just off the road? The trails off to the side were powerline trails, right? Those things can get really crazy with some hellacious hill climbs, but stock trucks do all right on the majority of the trails.
Of course there's also a ton of DEEP mud up here, which can be bad if you're not set up for it, and it can be good if you are. I haven't explored even a quarter of the trails around here yet, but I'm working on it.
Are you gonna be coming up to school here? There's a pretty good club in town called the Northwoods Trailblazers. Their trucks are pretty hard on the eyes, but they get the job done with big tires and big engines.
Here's a pic of a friend of mine on that trail you mentioned
