I need help from any one who\'s rebuilt a D20

I have a problem when Im tighting the yoke on the rear output shaft, it gets tight and im not able to even turn it in the rear bearing cup. I've been trying to figure this out for a while and havent came up with anything except maby the races were moved some how when I took it apart. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like you didn't re-install the shims correctly. The output housing has some shims that set the bearing preload. Alao as you said, the bearing race might not be seated all the way. Did you replace the bearings? If so you need to redo the preload. This is much like doing the bearing preload on a axle. New bearings are "bigger" than old ones.

The shims are next to the spedo gear correct, I didnt forget to put them in. Im still using the same bearings. How do I know were the races were origanly located.
