Can\'t decide. Superlift or Skyjacker

well if finaly comes down to order my lift for my YJ, its either the 3.5" from superlift or the 4" from skyjacker, the half inch isn't a big deal between them, but i want the one that flexes the best and also won't break my neck when i hit a bump, i've seen the skyjackers flex and its pretty impressive, but i hear that superlift is a good quality stuff, thanks for any info!

Interesting post, I am looking at the same decision coming up. I am going to lift my YJ and I also haven't found the just right lift yet. I am really leaning twords the superlift. I would be interested in what you decided and how it works for you. Drop me an email at [email protected]

Re: Can\'t decide. Superlift or Skyjacker

I can't say about the Wrangler lifts, but i can tell you about my lift and a buddy's. I have a Superlift 4" and he has a Skyjacker 4". WE both have CJ's. His rides smoother, and flexes better, but keep in mind he has a SRS and his is widetrack. mine rides a little rougher, but mine has not sagged at all, or not that i can tell anyway. His driver side leaves are starting to sag. It is a 1/2" actually. We measured it. We thought it looked kinda funny. i am running 33's and the lift and currie greasable shackles and i can lift my front tire about 22". he can lift his 28", there again, he has a SRS and has a widetrack. Just my $.02

Re: Can\'t decide. Superlift or Skyjacker

You should check out BDS systems before you decide. I really like what I see from this company. Springs have a military wrap, flex well, and are tough. ANd they have a good warranty "If you break a BDS part, they will send you a new part free, period."
