the 20 seems to be holding on in most rigs - bronco's too- the wheel joint to use right now is the 5-760x its the best- mine are still in the works- Jess
Really, I would have figured that they were becomming fewer and farer between. Mostly because of age(lots in junkyards around here) and higher low range(along with aftermarket gear sets, except for D. O'Brian).
Your gear is aimed more at the ARCA people, and die hard rock hounds. I really couldn't tell you what they want and need. How many requests have you had for a set up like that?

Actually, a Dana 20 can be built pretty strong with deep gears. The real reason I will continue to use a Dana 20 is length of my T18A adaptor.
I have been toying wuth the idea of a driveline brake (I assume you mean like the old D18 had) for a replacement when I go to rear discs. I have wondered if the ones used on D18s can be fited to a D20.
Sounds interesting, but it would have to be cheap for most people who would want one aren't going to have a lot of money to spend on it.
How about a disc brake mounted on the output, so it'll reduce the size needed, some of those drum setups are HUGE.
I'd be interested in one for the Commando, as the Scrambler and Zuk are running different T-cases.
If you made one for an NP205 I bet you'd have LOTS of customers.

I'm definitely interested, but as previously noted, can't see doubling the worth of Mossy with a $300 e-brake setup /wwwthreads_images/icons/laugh.gif (not that it isn't worth it or anything). I'm actually working on a homegrown solution using motorcycle discs. If it looks like one won't hold, dual discs w/ a hard linkage may be in order. Any tips you could offer?
BTW, you may want to fly this up on the Jeepster board. They're probably running more D20s there than the rest of the makes combined. Might make for a smarter decision wether to develope it or not.
