my scrambler came with new mud-kings from the previous owner. i have yet to drive the jeep in the last two years, so i was wondering if the tires are worth keeping, or should i sell em while they are still 0 mile tires? I do want new SSR's. my usage will be random street driving, off road once or twice a month.

it will run someday
If got them, and they work pretty well. If you plan on airing down to under 10 psi, and running real knarly rock, maybe you should sell. If you 4wheeling is more rounded rock, mud, tree roots, etc. they will work fine.
BTW, I air down to 8 - 10 psi and run some real rocky stuff and have not had a problem yet, although the sidewalls are showing nicks and cuts.
They are the poor-man's version of the old BFG MT's we ran them on my '85, and they work fine, we had to trade them in though because they were splitting down the center, do a search on the subject, be sure to check your set.
I sent you an email to your hotmail account. If you are selling I may be interested depending on what you are asking for the tires, how many do you have, four or five. I am in Harrisburg, Pa so we should be able to arrange a meeting so there would be no shipping involved. Let me know.
