TJ owners, maybe you could answer this

When your have your wipers on, is there a cranking noise coming out from the dashboard? I don't remember it doing that before, it only does it when the wipers go up, and is continous when the wipers are on full blast. the radio hides it, but was just wondering if it happens on yours also?

Hmm..can't say that I've noticed. I'll keep it in mind the next rain storm. My major complaints are the vent controls (failed three times) and the leaking heater/ac plenumn which soaks the passengers side footwell whenever it rains or the a/c is used for any length of time.
