Got myself 2 optimas for $40, dual batt ?

Sometimes even I get lucky and find a deal. I got 2 optima red top 800cca batteries for $20 each. No, they ain't "hot". If I suspect something has been stolen I pass. In my opinion it is better to pay more than to support the thieving industry, I hate thieves. I got these from a guy in my neighborhood who used them in his dune buggies for a little while. He didn't like 'em (whats not to like?), and said they burned up the starters (?) in his VW powered buggies. They had been sitting in his garage for a couple of months and still read 12.3 V when I picked 'em up. When I put them on my charger (75A-12A-2A) they wouldn't take a 12 A charge, it just read "full" and shut off. I 2 A charged them both to "full" and now they read 13.3 V so they seem to be in great condition.

Now I just have to wire them up in the CJ. I've looked at the NAPA C-duty relay CJDave and others have used, it's only rated at 80 amps. I'll be checking with my NAPA guy later to see if I can get a higher amp rating there. 80A just really ain't enough. I'm gonna be powering a winch with this dual battery set up and I'd like to get a 200 amp C-duty relay like I used in my M-715. I bought the Painless kit for the 715 for $160, I'd rather not spend that again. How about that Wrangler Power relay, anybody know if they are a quality solenoid?

BTW, Napa had a 200 amp continuous duty solenoid. There are 2 part #s on the box 15-133 and SAS-4202. It cost $36.
